At DNJ, we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience for our customers. To ensure flexibility and speed, your orders may be fulfilled from one of our own warehouses, cooperative warehouses, or distributor warehouses. Please note that processing times vary depending on the warehouse from which your order is fulfilled.

Delivery Options:

• Fulfillment Locations: Orders can be processed and shipped from any of our warehouses, including cooperative and distributor warehouses, each with its own processing times.

• Delivery Carriers: We utilize our own last-mile delivery trucks and partner with a variety of reputable carriers to deliver your orders. Each carrier has specific transit schedules that depend on the days they pick up from the warehouse and the delivery days for your zip code.

• Delivery Times: Orders typically follow a standard operational flow and can be delivered as soon as the next day, with most deliveries occurring within 2 to 4 business days. However, actual delivery times may vary based on your location and the specific carrier's schedule.

Free White-Glove Delivery:

• For orders over $1,299, we offer complimentary white-glove delivery to the room of your choice. Please be aware that additional services such as removal of old appliances, walkups, door removals, reversals, parts installation, and service are not included in this offer. If you require any of these extra services, please contact us to add them to your order.

Failed Delivery or Refused Shipment:

Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and is subject to our standard return policy. If a delivery is refused or fails due to customer-related reasons, such as change of mind, unavailability at the delivery address, or an unprepared jobsite, a minimum fee of $150 up to 25% of the item will apply. Once the item is returned and inspected to meet the standard return conditions, a refund will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the return policy.
