Terms
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed with DNJ, online, by phone, or in person. Placing an order, accepting delivery, or making payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and the policies linked below. If anything in a linked policy conflicts with this page, this page governs.
Payment and Pricing:
- Product is allocated once payment is received according to the terms on your order.
- Unpaid balances are subject to brand price increases.
- Prices are subject to manufacturer promotions and product availability.
Cancellations:
- Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and is subject to our return policy.
- Canceled paid, allocated product is subject to a restocking fee based on how long it was allocated.
- Special order deposits are non-refundable.
Returns:
- Factory sealed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to up to a 25% restocking fee.
- Installed, used, special order, open box, closeout, final sale, and outdoor items cannot be returned.
- Shipping, installation, and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery and Inspection:
- Items must be inspected at delivery in the presence of the delivery representative. Damage must be noted on the proof of delivery at that time.
- Signed proof of delivery confirms acceptance in good condition. No damage claims can be made later.
- If a delivery is refused or fails for customer-related reasons, a fee of $150 or up to 25% of the item's value, whichever is greater, will apply.

Product Performance and Manufacturer Warranty:
DNJ is an authorized retailer, not the manufacturer, and does not provide its own product warranty. If a product does not operate properly after delivery or installation, including on first use, the remedy is service under the manufacturer's warranty. Contact the manufacturer to schedule a technician, and we are glad to help. If the manufacturer authorizes a replacement, DNJ will coordinate the exchange. Installed or used products cannot be returned to DNJ for malfunction.
