Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

While the terms below outline our official return policy, we want you to know that we often go above and beyond for our clients. We encourage you to reach out if you have any concerns, and we'll do our best to find a fair solution that works for you.

Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We’re here to assist you and will work hard to resolve your concerns.

Returnable Items and Conditions:

  • Items must be in new condition, with unaltered factory-sealed packaging, intact UPC code, and include all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items, and accessories.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the client.
  • All returned items are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges and installation services are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be authorized before sending items back; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Installed items
  • Used items
  • Special order items
  • Open box, closeout, and final sale items
  • Outdoor items, air conditioners, and accessories
  • Warranties

Inspecting Delivery, Damages, Warranty:

  • Items must be inspected upon delivery in the presence of a delivery company representative.
  • Damaged items must be refused upon delivery.
  • Signed proof of delivery represents acceptance of items and services in good condition, or the client has waived inspection.
  • Exceptions must be noted on the proof of delivery at the time of delivery.
  • No claims for damages can be made at a later date.
  • If damage is noted, the client must contact customer service within 24 hours to report any discrepancies.
  • Clients acknowledge that the manufacturer, not the retailer or dealer, is responsible for the functioning of items during the manufacturer’s warranty coverage period.

Failed Delivery or Refused Shipment:

Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and is subject to our standard return policy. If a delivery is refused or fails due to customer-related reasons, such as change of mind, unavailability at the delivery address, or an unprepared jobsite, a minimum fee of $150 up to 25% of the item will apply. Once the item is returned and inspected to meet the standard return conditions, a refund will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the return policy.

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Right to Refuse:

  • DNJ reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.
